Receiving the below error message when executing Process Instructions (PI) from Touchscreen Workbench.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: MES for Process Manufacturing Administrator -> Administrator:
Navigation: Workbench -> Touchscreen Workbench
Choose organization from the list and click on ‘Accept’
 System displays  screen with all batches and select change
 Specify batch number, Batch Step Status as “All” and click on “Accept”
 Select Release, System displays screen then click on “Details”
 Select Process Instructions
 Select Execute Instructions
 Once the user clicks on next icon, then receives error message.
