Goal

User is not able to delete currency from Project Budget Currency Settings under Planning Options.

There is currency USD defined for Project Budget Currency settings under Planning Options, and it cannot be deleted.

User tried to delete it from Project Budget page as well as from pa_fa_txn_currencies table. Although it seems that currency is deleted from page, once you apply change and come back, then USD currency appears again.

How can currency be deleted from Project Budget Currency settings under Planning Options?
