After applying CPU APR 2024 to OMS, the Sync Edition continues to run in the preChecks step

Steps performed to observe the issue

1) Go to

Enterprise Manager console for E-Business Suite Management Pack.
2) Targets > Oracle E-Business Suite > PRERP_Oracle E-Business Suite > Oracle E-Business Suite (drop down) > Administration > Synchronize Edition Details

3) Observe the issue
