Symptoms
GLRXVCJ - Journals – Voucher Report completed in warning with below error that can be found in the log file of the concurrent program
REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.
MSG-00027: Zero lines considered for other reports
Post-processing of request xxxxx failed at xxxxxxx with the error message:
The concurrent manager has timed out waiting for the Output Post-processor to finish this request.
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger responsibility-> Reports-> Request-> Standard
2. Run standard report Journals - Voucher
3. Check the logfile
