Symptoms
Error encountered when using "Update with Excel" in Buyer Work Center for Orders
ERROR

"System failed to generate the document. Please contact your system administrator."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigation >Buyer Work Center > Orders
3. Search PO
4. 'Select Order: Update with Excel' > Go
5. Error "System failed to generate the document. Please contact your system administrator." prompted
