Symptoms
When attempting to run the Actual Cost Process for the period
the following error occurs in the log file.
ERROR

Program was terminated by signal 11
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation; Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process
3. Submit Actual Cost Process and view the log file
