Symptoms


When attempting to create a batch after upgrade to 12.2.12
the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01934: ORA-2001: APP-FND-01934: ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure STORE_ERECORD in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure PSIG_RULE


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Navigation: Create Document
3. Create batch using Total Output tab and receive error


Changes

 Upgrade to R12.2.12
