No data available in Appraisal Summary after running the "Refresh Appraisal Summary program" from HR Professional V4.0 Responsibility

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HR Professional V4.0 responsibility

2. Navigate to Performance Management

3. Click on Plan Administration

4. Give the plan name and run the program "Refresh Appraisal Summary"
