Symptoms

On : 12.2 version E-Business Suite


The 'IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager' cocurrent program fails to deliver the output through SMTP delivery.
Following error appears in the log file.


 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit the 'IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager' Concurrent Program.
2. Output is generated but email delivery fails.
3. Request log shows above mentioned error.
