Calculation of Fee on the Original Asset is Incorrect When Rebook Contract Asset Split into Single Units (Doc ID 3053358.1)

When asset split into single unit is done during rebook of the contract, calculation of fee on the original asset should be correct

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Lease Super User Responsibility, book the contract that has cap fees and multiunit assets.
2. Go to Lease > Operations.
3. Go to Revise > Go revision Type > Split Asset into Units.
4. Review Adjustments after rebook is done and asset level cap fee does should match total cap fee amount.
