Opportunistic Cycle count is not triggered if subinventory pick UOM is defined but item conversion between pick UOM and primary UOM is not defined


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Warehouse responsibility > Subinventories > Enable Opp CC > Generate a pick (for a sales order) from a locator in this subinventory
Pick quantity should empty the locator
