Symptoms

Israel open format solution set up instructions is throwing error message while trying to setup the balancing segment personalization.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Israel General Ledger.
2. Navigate to Setup -> Accounting Setup manager.
3. Try to enter the personalization for balancing segment.
4. Notice the given error.
