Multiple Modifier List Line Numbers which contain apostrophes in the name.
This apostrophe is causing a number of issues with reporting and APIs.
Need a datafix to update / change / remove the apostrophe.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to the price list setup form / modifier setup form
3. Observe apostrophes in the name.
