E-BIP: When Running Jobs, it Errors Out with "Could not Get Data Source Connection" (Doc ID 3053775.1)

Symptoms

The site is on Oracle Analytics Server  2024.

BIP jobs can not be run and the error in BIPublisher log is as follows.

Interrupt task is already scheduled for the thread Thread[ThreadedMessageDispatcherOpt DispatchWorker BIP.Burst.Job.Q,5,Pooled Threads] and the type SO_TIMEOUT
Could not get data source connection for: xxxx
