Symptoms
When attempting to create a Receipt Method using same name as for one already end-dated, the following error occurs in Receipt Classes Form:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > Receipts > Receipt Classes
1. Query a Receipt Method and add End date > Try to create new one with same name
2. Error occurs
