Symptoms
In the Depot Repair Returns Portal, when URL type attachments are and the the Return, the URL is not saved and shown on Service Order.
STEPS
----------------
1 .Depot Repair Manager > Returns Portal > Enter Returns
2.Created a return and add an attachment named "Attachment URL"
3.Continued through Enter Locations and Return and Submit
4. Drill down to the Service Order and the attachment title shows: Attachment URL (null)
6.The URL is not available in the Service Order and the URL is not saved in the FND_DOCUMENTS table.
