Symptoms

When running the "Cost Management Command Center Data Load" in INCREMENTAL_LOAD mode, it submits a child process 'Create Product Category Hierarchy for Costing ECC'.
This child process runs on ERROR containing the following log:

ERROR
-----------------------
CST_ECC_MARGIN.load_category_hierarchy: 180:ORA-01086: savepoint 'LOAD_PRODUCT_DIMENSION' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
