Symptoms

When running "CLE: Generate SAFT-PT Audit File XML" program at consolidation ledger General Entities are missing from XML output.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request
3. Run "CLE: Generate SAFT-PT Audit File XML"
