Performance Issues When Searching For Transactions In Settlement Page of Funds Capture Process Manager (Doc ID 3054185.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue when searching in Settlements tab page with Funds Capture Process Manager responsibility.

Search results appear after two minutes. Occasionally, the search completes with the following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, xxxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.


Expected Behavior: Settlements tab searches should complete in seconds, displaying accurate data without errors.


Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager
2. Navigation: Select Settlements tab page
3. Enter the search criteria (i.e. populate "From Request Date" and "To Request Date" fields).
4. Click on 'Go' button.
5. Result: The page comes back with results after 2 minutes.
