STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Oracle Trade Management-->(N) Trade planning
2.Create backdated adjustment
3.Run FAE for backdated adjustments (select all parameters to Yes).
4.(R) Oracle Trade Administrator -->Run Claims Auto Pay
