Salary History Is Stuck on 'Loading' in Salary Page When Using Salary Administration Function to Change Salary (Doc ID 3054407.1)

Symptoms

When trying to change salary using Salary Administration function (PER_SALADMIN_LAUNCH) it has been observed that the Salary History is stuck on "Loading..." (Salary page).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to FastPath > Salary -> Salary Administration page is opened.
3. Query for any employee > Click on Manage Salary button.
4. Observe that Salary History TAB is stuck and showing "Loading..." .
Note: If switching between tabs (for example to "Peer Averages" TAB) when switching back to the "Salary History" TAB it has been observed that the records are loaded.

Changes

Application upgrade from 12.2.5 to 12.2.12.
