Symptoms

 

When applying patch 36866950, the patch fails on paigtag.ldt. The following error is received in the u driver log file for paigtag.ldt :

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ego/12.0.0/patch/115/import/egoefag.lct(120.12.12020000.2), /u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/paigtag.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ego/12.0.0/patch/115/import/egoefag.lct(120.12.12020000.2) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG

Several patches were applied resulting in $Header paigtag.ldt at 120.0.12020000.30 and now the following error is received:

 

Now we get Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
