Symptoms

While applying Weblogic patch using bsu.sh, the patch runs forever and does not complete.


Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run ./bsu.sh -install -patch_download_dir=$FMW_HOME/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist=<Patch ID> -prod_dir=$FMW_HOME/wlserver_10.3
