While creating adding more than 5 rows in Employee Claim's page under employee self-service facing below error message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Employee Self Service > Employee Claims.
2. Create the claim by providing the information.
3. Click on Add row and enter the details.
4. Add more than 5 rows.
5. Click Next > Error seen.
