Goal

When using Mobile Timecards with a Custom Layout and Running Concurrent request OTL : Upgrade Layouts for Mobile Time Entry, notice that some of the Layout Attribute Parameters are grayed out.

Use System Administrator Responsibility and verify the concurrent program definition , shows all parameters active.
