Symptoms

When entering time in a self-service timecard, the following error is encountered when trying to save or submit the page.

Error: Please validate if the Exp Organization is valid and is active for the transaction date and has been assigned the 'Project Expenditure/Event Organization' classification.

Steps to reproduce the error,

1. Log into a self-service responsibility.
2. Create a timecard and submit for approval
3. Interface timecard to Projects
4. Employee changes organizations
5. Update timecard to correct hours
6. Save or Submit timecard after updates
7. Encounter errors repeated for every updated day.
