Symptoms
Vendor sites are not coming in the vendor site LOV in the OSP challan form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Oracle Financials for India responsibility.
2. Transactions-> Outside Processing.
3. Provide the value in the "Vendor Name" field and try to select the vendor site from the Vendor Site field.
4. No values are coming in the list.
