message at the EBS Homepage bottom, after applying the Patch 36007155:R12.TXK.C
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Home page should not show the message "301 Moved Permanently"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch 36007155:R12.TXK.C
2. Start the Application services
3. Login to EBS , Home page has the message "301 Moved Permanently" at the bottom
