Symptoms

 Getting below error while navigating in Enterprise Command Center (ECC) :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Navigate to -> Home -> Procurement -> Order Details

Changes

 The heapsize for eccManaged was set as 8GB.
