Symptoms

When picking and shipping transactions from Order Management (OM) the following errors are reported:

Error Code: CSI_API_OWNER_NOT_UNIQUE
Error Text: Item Uniqueness check for the Instance failed. A Non-serialized item owned by the same owner already exist in the same Inventory location.


Picking (CSISUBTR)
Item Uniqueness check for the Instance failed. A Non-serialized item owned by the same owner already exist in the same Inventory location

Error Code: CSI_INT_NO_INST_FOUND
Error Text: No instance is found for the inventory location attributes


Shipping : (CSISOSHP)
No instance is found for the inventory location attributes
