Symptoms

When attempting to delete an Assignment Set

ERROR

FRM-40735: ON-DELETE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-02292


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager or Equivalent
2. Have an Assignment Set that is no longer used
3. Attempting to delete the Assignment Set
4. See error
