After running Generate Third Party Balances program, JLCOGLNE: Colombian Third Party Balances Error Report shows the following error


Supplier xxxxx: Third party information does not match mater third party information


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Colombian General Ledger
2. Menu: Colombian Localization --> Third Party Program
3. Run the "Colombian Third Party Generate Balances Program"
4. Process the invoice payment and  Colombian Third Party Balances Error Report shows the error
