Symptoms
On : 12.2.12 version, E-Business Suite, Production environment.
While enabling AuditTrail for FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS table, following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Audit profile option at site level.
2. Enable Audit Installations for the product.
3. Define Audit tables and select columns.
4. While defining Audit group and associated tables above mentioned error occurs.
