Incorrect ROU and liability charged by system for the lease on running "Transfer normalized lines to GL " process for current month for multiple times then the existing entry will be reversed and new entry will be created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

1. Create a lease with rou and Liability flag enabled
2. Run Transfer Normalized lines to GL
3. Run create Accounting and check the ROU and Liability charged for the lease
