The Changes Were Not Applied Because the Person ID That You Have Entered Does Not Exist Error Is Displayed in the Notification When Attempting to Approve Self Service Special Information Types (SIT) Request (Doc ID 3055458.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve SIT (Special Information Types) request, the following error is displayed in the notification:

The changes were not applied because The Person ID that you have entered does not exist.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Employee Self-Service Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to SIT function and submit a new request.
3. Under Manager Self-Service Responsibility.
4. Access the notification for the above request and try to approve the request (as final approver).
5. Observe error is displayed in the notification received.
