Symptoms

When attempting to install 12.2.13 patch 34776655, it fails with the following error:

 

Exception occured while calling INSTALL_MVQ_ARCH API for MV
Error code is 24256
ORA-24256: EXPAND_SQL_TEXT failed with ORA-00910: specified length too long for its datatype



The error is occurring when attempting to create OM Material Views using OE_INT_ITEMS_MV.xdf and OE_ITEMS_MV.xdf
