Performance Issue In EAM While Updating Work Order In Maintenance Home Page (Doc ID 3055649.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from R12.2.5 to R12.2.12. we are facing performance issues in EAM, while updating Work Order, Operations and in "Assigning Person" list, System hangs and takes several minutes


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : EAM Responsibility --> Self Service --> Maintenance Home
2. Go to Work Orders Tab --> Search Work Orders --> Click on Work Order which needs to be updated
3. Click on Update Button. It takes around 4 to 5 mins.
