Symptoms
Unable to change Item Status to OBSOLETE for an specific Item item due to: There are either Open Sales Order lines, Pending Delivery Transactions or Incoming Supply
Unable to Cancel the Sales Order Lines either
ERROR
Error during sending of XML request document.:ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
And in the body error:
DISH_CUSTOM_MSGapplication_code ONT line_class INVOICE transaction_id XXXXX transaction_line_id YYYY product_id ZZZ
..
DISH_CUSTOM_MSG get_ship_to_taxarea_id-4
get_ship_to_taxarea_id Taxarea id is null calling xxtl_vertexoic_pkg
get_ship_to_Taxarea id-5 '#####' 1 : VtxGetTaxAreaId02 : Error during sending of XML request document.:ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
DISH_CUSTOM_MSG get_poa_taxarea_id ONT XXXXX YYYY
And also found:
DISH_CUSTOM_MSG Ship to location id is-2 'p_location_id'
DISH_CUSTOM_MSG get_ship_to_taxarea_id getting country
DISH_CUSTOM_MSG get_shipt_to_taxarea_id country is US state CA v_city Playa Del Reyv_postal_code XXX
