Revenue generation error after an agreement hard limit failure resulting in expenditures reduced to less than the funding amount. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Order: → Task 1 → Funded by 2 Order Lines for a total Funding of $300

2.  Expenditures1: $101 → Less than Funding

3.  Revenue Generation1 : → Successful with 2 Events created and Revenue was ‘Unreleased’

4.  Expenditures2: $101+$201 = $301 → More than Funding

5.  Revenue Generation2: → Failed

6.  Expenditures3: $101+$201-$21 = $280 → Less than Funding

7.  Revenue Generation3: → Failed
