Iprocurement On Edit And Submit Requisition Page "P-Card Number" Is Displayed (Doc ID 3055720.1)

Never Setup to work with P-Card functionality but "P-Card Number" field is Displayed on Edit and Submit Requisition Page
 
 "P-Card Number" is displayed on the Edit and Submit Requisition page without any field to enter the value itself
 
"P-Card Number" field should not be displayed in iProcurement Edit and Submit Requisition page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into iprocurement responsibility
2. Add item to the cart
3. View Cart and check out 
4. Navigate to Edit and Submit Requisition
5. Can see P-Card Number  Label in the page
