Error 'Service Unavailable' When Attempting To Create A Requisition For VMI Item From ISupplier Portal (Doc ID 3055806.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a requisition for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Item from iSupplier Portal, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Service Unavailable.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to application as supplier user.
2. Navigate to iSupplier Portal Full Access responsibility -> Supplier Home -> Planning -> VMI.
3. Search and select item and click on Create Requisition icon.
4. From Edit Requisition Details page, enter Quantity, Need by date and click on Submit.
5. Reported error occurs.
