Symptoms
Unable to query a manual invoice for LINE TYPE : Link Usage Asset. When clicking on the invoice number,
the following error occurs.

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to the responsibility Lease Super User > Operations > Manual Invoices
2. Create a manual invoice for usage (Link Type: Link Usage Asset) and save.
3. Search for the invoice created in Step 2 and click on the invoice number. The error is thrown.
