Find Awards Form Errors When Trying to Query Awards: "The Implementation options are either not available or invalid" (Doc ID 3056388.1)

Symptoms

In the Find Award form (GMSAWEAW.fmb), a user enters an award number and then clicks the 'Find' button and the following error appears in the form:

The Implementation options are either not available or invalid.

Steps:

1.  Usings a Grants responsibility navigate to Awards.

2.  Enter an award number and click 'Find'.
