Symptoms

Asset Summary Report(Germany) not showing depreciation expense.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Asset Responsibility
2. Go to View Requests > Submit a New Request
3. Run Report "Asset Summary Report (Germany)"
