Symptoms

Attempting to run Update Subledger Accounting Balances Program and it is taking hours to complete. Some requests may run long and end with the below error:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_balances_calc_pkg.lock_bal_concurrency_control.  ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number XX

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Requests > Run > Single Request

1. Submit New Request
2. Choose "Update Subledger Accounting Balances" from the requests list
3. Provide parameters
4. Submit the request
