Symptoms

When using a custom responsibility like 'XX_SUPERUSER_CUSTOMER_ONLINE' and try to add Address Purpose in Addresses page in Oracle Customers Online by clicking the Add button, the following error occurs:

InvalidOwnerException: JBO-25030: Failed to find or invalidate owning entity: detail entity

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Custom Oracle Customers Online eg. XX_SUPERUSER_CUSTOMER_ONLINE
Navigation:       Customers > Organizations > Addresses

     1. Query affected customer
     2. Click on Addresses > Try to edit an Address
     3. Press on the Add button from Address Purposes
     4. Error occurs

NOTE: Works fine when using seeded Oracle Responsibility - Customers Online Superuser

Changes

Issue occurs after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
