Symptoms

After applying the Sep 2024 Unified Patch, when attempting to view the Additional Information tab in the Lease Center, the following error occurs.

Program Error: Unhandled Exception in
OKLCSHDR_INTEGRATE.TAB_PAGE_HANDLER: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-01403: no data found
, trg block: CONTRACT_DETAIL, cur block: CONTRACT_DETAIL,
trg ITEM: CONTRACT_DETAIL.TOTAL_RCVBL, cur ITEM: CONTRACT_DETAIL.TOTAl_RCVBL


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using the Lease Center Agent responsibility, navigate: Lease Center
2. Query up a contract.
3. Select the "Additional Information" tab.
4. Receive the indicated error.
