R12:IBY: When Creating Payment, IntermediaryBankAccount1 & IntermediaryBankAccount2 Tags Are Missing in the "XML Extract" (Doc ID 3056828.1)

Symptoms

IntermediaryBankAccount1 & IntermediaryBankAccount2 tags are not getting populated in the standard "XML Extract".

Expect to see the tags populated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Payments -> Entry -> Payment Manager: Payment Process Request
3. Create a Payment Process Request

Note: Using IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB package to populate the tags.
