Employment ID Is Missing from Tax Information Form after Running IE New Lookup RPN Report Concurrent Program (Doc ID 3056969.1)

Symptoms

After running IE New Lookup RPN Report process it has been observed that the Employment ID is not generated and it's missing in the Tax Information form.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under IE HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run IE New Lookup RPN Report concurrent program with relevant parameters (Employer PAYE Reference and Payroll).
3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee that was originally created without PPS Number > Assignment > Tax Information > Employment ID Link TAB.
4. Observe that Employment ID is not created.
