System throwing error while adding Revaluation Reserve.

APP-OFA-48392: You cannot perform this transaction as the asset was added with revaluation reserve and without historical net book value or unrevalued cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UK Fixed Asset responsibility .
2. Navigate to Asset workbench -> Books.
3. Enter the cost, YTD depreciation, accumulated depreciation,  salvage value and add revaluation reserve details.
4. Try to Save the form.
3. Notice the given error.
